Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Early Morning Driver/ Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise processing, scanning, and movement of physical assets to ensure seamless order fulfillment within our specialized underground facility.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• This is a role where you will be driving a box truck for part of the job

• Managing dock organization

• Unloading boxes and inbounding

• Handling SafeKeepers Plus (SKP) and IP orders

• Process and track incoming and outgoing assets by scanning carton barcodes into the Safekeeper system to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.

• Collaborate with the operations team to investigate and resolve order discrepancies while manifesting and preparing bundles for secure shipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards by accurately preparing paperwork and maintaining a secure environment within the underground facility.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• One to two years of experience in a warehouse, physical atmosphere, or service-oriented, team-focused environment.

• knowledge of basic computer systems and the ability to navigate digital tracking tools for order processing.

• Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and moving boxes averaging 40 pounds in an underground setting.

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report Check
