Team Global Express is looking for an experienced MR Driver to join our team in Albury, NSW.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:36pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing safe and efficient pickup and delivery of freight across the local area. You will also use a forklift to assist with loading and unloading freight as required.

What you’ll do

• Complete local pickup and delivery of freight

• Safely operate an MR vehicle

• Load and unload freight using a forklift

• Ensure freight is handled safely and securely

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues

• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers

• Follow all safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements

• Work closely with the depot and operations team to ensure freight is delivered on time

What you’ll bring

• Current MR Driver’s Licence – essential

• Current Forklift (LF) Licence – essential

• Previous experience in pickup and delivery or freight transport will be highly regarded

• Good knowledge of safe loading, unloading and load restraint

• Strong focus on safety

• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable with the physical requirements of the role
