Job Summary

The Docusign Administrator II is the frontline owner of day-to-day DocuSign administration for Lennar's Legal and Business teams. This role manages user account provisioning, permissions, and routine envelope support, ensuring fast and reliable access to signing workflows across DocuSign and Salesforce-originated agreements. This is a high-volume, ticket-based role requiring strong attention to detail and consistent, accurate execution against defined procedures.

Key Responsibilities

User & Access Management

● Create, modify, and support DocuSign user accounts, including Sender, Admin, and Help Desk roles

● Process permission changes, name and e-mail updates, and Federated ID resets

● Administer signing group membership, shared account access, and template share access

Envelope Support

● Locate envelopes by sender name or recipient name using DocuSign tools and reporting

● Access and review envelopes originating from both Salesforce and DocuSign, including full audit trail and history review

● Resolve signing group errors caused by inactive members and reissue affected envelopes

● Process envelope ownership transfers between users

Cross-Team Collaboration

● Partner with the DocuSign Dev team to escalate and resolve account and envelope issues requiring configuration changes

● Coordinate with the Business Helpdesk on login errors and account lockouts outside DocuSign's direct control

Required Qualifications

● 1–3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or business application/help desk support

● Working knowledge of DocuSign or a comparable e-signature platform

● Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a high volume of ticket-based requests

● Clear, professional written communication for user-facing support

● Ability to follow documented procedures precisely while flagging edge cases appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience supporting DocuSign in a Salesforce-integrated environment

● Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM ticketing platform

● Exposure to real estate, legal operations, procurement, or another regulated industry
