We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to lead business development for Mastercard's Test & Learn solutions. This role focuses on driving new client acquisition, with a particular emphasis on Retail & Commerce organizations, while also pursuing opportunities across other industries where Test & Learn can deliver meaningful business impact. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders, position data-driven solutions, and contribute to expansion in a growing segment. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supported by cross-functional teams including solution engineering, marketing, and account management.

All About the Role

• Drive new business acquisition across Western Europe, with a primary focus on France.
• Own and deliver against a defined enterprise sales target.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Engage with C-level and senior executive stakeholders across large organizations.
• Lead complex sales cycles for analytics, data, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Identify client business needs and position tailored value propositions.
• Work closely with Solution Engineers to support technical discussions and demonstrations.
• Partner with marketing and business development teams to generate and convert demand.
• Collaborate with account management and customer success teams to support long-term client growth.
• Expand Mastercard's presence in underpenetrated markets and customer segments.
• Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging industry knowledge and business insight to help clients solve strategic challenges.
• Represent Mastercard Services and Test & Learn in client meetings, industry events, and executive discussions.

All About You

• 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic account acquisition.
• Proven success in new business development and client acquisition roles.
• Experience selling SaaS, software, analytics, data, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong track record of managing large, complex, enterprise-level opportunities.
• Ability to engage and influence senior business and executive stakeholders.
• Skilled at translating business challenges into compelling client value propositions.
• Experience working cross-functionally within highly matrixed sales organizations.
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic and evolving environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and revenue growth orientation.
• Experience working across multiple European markets is a plus.
• Experience within Retail & Commerce sectors is highly desirable; experience across additional industries is also valued.
