- Own operating strategy and governance. Set the standards and governance frameworks that Content Operations enforces day to day across every team producing Adobe content.
- Advise on workflow development: Partner with Content Operations to optimize workflow governance and SLAs.
- Build the external narrative: Define Adobe's content operating model for customers and industry audiences.
- Develop the insights framework: Establish measurement criteria and predictive models to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Lead cost modeling and supply chain economics: Evaluate cost per asset, throughput, time to market, AI tradeoffs and reporting.
- Build budget models: Demonstrate content spend and influence allocation decisions.
- Build capacity models and demand forecasts: Aid Content Operations in resource planning for in house and agency partners.
- Govern AI content: Define AI-generated content disclosure, audits and review processes.
- Lead the Content Strategy area: Integrate governance, strategy, and narrative tasks with measurement and economics.
- Collaborate with Content Operations and Agency Management: Provide vendor quality and commercial oversight using performance and cost data.
- 10+ years in content strategy, content operations, marketing analytics, or content supply chain roles, spanning both design and measurement.
- A track record building benchmark frameworks, cost models, and measurement infrastructure inside complex, matrixed organizations.
- Quantitative chops: comfortable building return on investment, budget, and capacity/demand models that hold up to executive scrutiny.
- Experience setting governance frameworks and operating standards at scale, including standards other teams are expected to follow.
- Leadership experience managing strategy and analyst focused team while driving accountability across functional leads without direct authority.
- A strong point of view on AI governance and risk management.
- Outstanding collaborator management skills: ability to connect operations, agency management, and leadership narrative

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,200 -- $299,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $207,000 - $299,700
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
