Sobre esta vaga de Director, Client Ops na Court Avenue
The Director, Client Operations owns delivery for complex, large-scale client engagements, applying disciplined program management to ensure work is delivered on scope, cost, time, and quality. This person is a strategic partner as much as a delivery lead. Someone clients trust, who can navigate ambiguity across multiple stakeholders, and who helps grow the relationship alongside our Business Innovation team.
This role is based in our Dallas office and will play a key part in growing our footprint there. As CourtAvenue continues to scale quickly, we need someone who can flex across multiple concurrent engagements over time, not just deliver on a single account. Someone who brings structure and calm to a fast-growing, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for one or more client engagements: scope, cost estimation, risk, and status reporting
Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and any external partners involved in a given engagement, resolving scope and ownership ambiguity as it surfaces
Run recurring governance cadences (status reporting, prioritization, and dependency management) to keep cross-functional work aligned and unblocked
Serve as a trusted, in-office point of contact for clients, building credibility as a strategic partner and not just a delivery lead
Partner with our Business Innovation team to identify and pursue opportunities to deepen and grow client relationships
Lead, mentor, and develop the project managers and producers supporting your engagements
Serve as a point of escalation for project teams; identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and execute mitigation plans
Ensure consistent application of project and program management methodology, controls, and standards across the Client Operations PMO
Communicate clearly and confidently across a wide range of stakeholders, from day-to-day client contacts to senior client and internal leadership
Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives that support a pipeline of future work
Support the growth of the Dallas office, including local hiring, culture, and business development as the team scales
What You Bring
9–12+ years of project/program management experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment supporting enterprise clients
Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream engagements involving multiple stakeholders or vendor partners
Comfort operating as the “glue” across teams with overlapping scope, and resolving ambiguity without needing every answer handed to you
Strong soft skills: this role is as much about relationship building and executive presence as it is about process rigor
Ability to flex across multiple client engagements and priorities as our portfolio grows
Experience with agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum
Agency experience is required
Marketing technology / martech platform experience is a plus but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision and prioritize across a demanding, multi-stakeholder environment
