Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
- The Digital Transformation Program Lead owns delivery of the Global Digital Transformation roadmap across regions, business units, IT teams and external partners. Sitting within the Global Digital Center of Excellence, the role acts as the central orchestrator for strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution discipline and measurable business value in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The primary focus during the first 12 to 18 months is the corporate website replatforming program and the harmonization of the digital and e-commerce ecosystem. This requisition is used for ongoing talent acquisition and may not represent an immediate opening.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership and Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives, including the replatforming of Enovis.com to reduce and rationalize the number of fragmented corporate and product websites over time.
- Ensure programs deliver measurable business value and performance impact.
- Drive prioritization based on business impact, user value and ROI.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
- Ensure structured execution across internal teams, IT and external partners.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT, agencies and the Digital CoE, translating business needs into execution.
- Establish clear ownership boundaries between Digital and IT.
- Partner closely with IT Architecture to ensure business-driven and scalable platform delivery.
- Align stakeholders and drive clear roles, responsibilities and sequencing.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Drive executive communication and reporting.
Governance and Structuring
- Define and implement program governance, operating model and ways of working.
- Structure the roadmap, sequencing and delivery approach, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Manage external vendors and system integrators, including scope, performance and cost.
- Escalate and resolve delivery risks and ensure accountability across workstreams.
Change, Adoption and Vendor Management
- Coordinate rollout and adoption activities and support communication and training plans.
- Ensure business readiness across markets.
- Coordinate delivery partners, monitor agency performance and ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation and program management, ideally in complex global environments.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide website replatforming programs required.
- Experience leading platform and project management for large organizations required.
- Experience managing multi-country digital programs required.
- Experience working with external vendors and system integrators required.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams required.
- Microsoft Office and project management tooling required.
- Strong communication skills in an international environment; English required.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms required; hands-on experience with Optimizely required.
- Familiarity with MarTech and digital experience platforms required.
Desired Characteristics
- Familiarity with structured data, CMS platforms and site migrations preferred.
- Cross-functional partnership skills with a commercial focus.

Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
- Typical work related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
