ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a bright, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join our OpenDoor team as Digital Planning Executive, MGM Theatrical. This is a full-time position based in London.
This role sits within the central digital and biddable hub for MGM — a team built to lead innovation, platform governance, and scalable digital campaign delivery across global markets. The hub works closely with central data and tech teams, local activation teams, and media partners to drive consistency, shared standards, and improved performance at scale.
This is an exciting time to join the account. MGM's theatrical slate is one of the most ambitious in the industry, and this team is primarily tasked with leading central trailer and content breaks and pan-regional partnerships — bringing media-first opportunities and genuinely unique campaigns to life title by title, market by market.
The Digital Planning Executive role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills who loves entertainment and movies, and who is eager to build their digital media career in one of the most dynamic and fast-paced corners of the industry. You will get direct exposure to clients, real relationships with key media partners, and genuine involvement in campaign ideation — all while being supported and developed by the Digital Planning Manager and Digital Lead.
This role reports into the Digital Planning Manager.

- Work with activation and ad ops teams to implement campaign requirements, ensuring all campaigns are booked and reconciled within deadlines
- Support campaign QA and go-live processes, applying structured checks before launch and throughout delivery
Taxonomy & Technical Standards

- Develop direct client exposure through weekly calls and campaign performance reviews, supporting the preparation of updates and reporting
- Respond to client queries accurately and in a timely manner, escalating to the Digital Planning Manager where needed
Reporting & Analytics
