The Digital Merchandising Manager – Allegro is responsible for optimising how SharkNinja products appear, rank and convert on Allegro. This role leads the creation and optimisation of product content, improves search visibility through platform SEO, and ensures a best-in-class product experience for customers across the Allegro platform.
What you will do:
Product Content Management
- Manage the setup and optimisation of product listings on Allegro, including product titles, bullet points and descriptions, SEO keyword optimisation, product imagery and video assets, and enhanced brand content.
- Ensure all listings clearly communicate product benefits and support strong conversion performance.
Product Launch Support
- Partner with Sales, Category Marketing and local market teams to support new product launches on Allegro.
- Ensure each launch includes fully optimised product content, accurate product information and compelling visual assets.
SEO & Content Optimisation
- Monitor product listing performance and continuously improve content based on data and customer behaviour.
- Use keyword insights and search performance data to improve product discoverability and search ranking.
- Conduct A/B tests using available platform experimentation tools to evaluate content effectiveness and implement improvements.
Brand & Storefront Management
- Manage and optimise SharkNinja's brand presence on Allegro, including brand store pages and brand content, to support product discovery and reinforce brand messaging across categories.
Customer Feedback & Reviews
- Monitor product ratings and customer reviews on key product lines.
- Identify recurring feedback or questions and work with cross-functional teams to improve product messaging and content clarity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Category Marketing and local market teams to ensure product content aligns with product positioning, campaign messaging and launch plans.
Team Management
- Manage and support a Marketing Executive, providing guidance on content execution, prioritisation and performance development.

- Improved product discoverability through stronger SEO and keyword strategies.
- Increased conversion rates through optimised product content.
- High-performing product launches on Allegro.
- Consistent, scalable content frameworks across the platform.
- Data and experimentation used to continuously improve content performance.
What you will have:
- Experience in digital content management and SEO, ideally within ecommerce or consumer goods.
- Experience working with Allegro Vendor or Seller platforms.
- Strong understanding of Allegro search behaviour, content optimisation and conversion drivers.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve content performance.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
