In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in  creating engaging and brand-consistent digital assets across multiple global markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative and effective designs that support business growth and customer engagement., contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• • Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
  • Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets. 
  • Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines. 
  • Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets. 
  • Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on. 
  • Create effective paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative and creative solutions relevant to existing trends. 
  • Offer advice to juniors and share knowledge with colleagues, encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design trends and technologies.

What you’ll bring

• BA degree or equivalent required. 
• 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand. 
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Midjourney, and other design softwares.
• Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
• Experience in Digital Design such as but not limited to; social media, paid ads, eDMs, CRMs, reels, etc.
• A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic.
• Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
• Advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems. 
• Conceptual thinking.
• Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence. 
• Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow. 
• Efficient, able to prioritize workload, keep a cool head and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines. 
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
