If you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly while helping provide quality meals to residents, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Dietary Aide, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring residents receive meals in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner. You’ll work closely with the Cook and Dietary Supervisor while contributing to a positive dining experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and serve meal trays to residents
• Assist with food preparation, snacks, and nourishments
• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces
• Monitor dishwashing temperatures and sanitation standards
• Store food and supplies in an organized and sanitary manner
• Take out trash and support overall kitchen upkeep
• Work collaboratively with dietary and facility staff to meet daily needs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in food service or healthcare settings is a plus, but not required
