Job Summary

Ensures demand forecast for projects (manufacturing and supply chain for archetype ATO/ETO) within a sub vertical. Manages forecasting processes to align with supply chain strategies and project requirements

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, statistical models, and business inputs.
• Lead the demand planning cycle and facilitate Weekly SIOE and Monthly SIOP meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Responsible for aligning project forecast with Sales Leaders.
• Responsible for Bilateral meeting – project forecasting factory alignment.

• Analyze forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and other demand planning KPIs, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to capture demand drivers, promotions, product launches, and market trends.

• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to balance demand and supply while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor inventory health and takes corrective action plan for Obsolete and Slomoving stock generated for the region.
• Support best in class Customer Service through on time in product availability for ATO/ETO.
• Provide supply update for ATO/ETO portfolio towards sales stakeholders.
• Manages allocations within established allocation rules on the business side for ATO/ETO in cases of scarcity.
• Focus on business results, realizes revenue plans through proper ATO/ETO products forecasting & planning.
• Give input on (component) obsolescence through effectively assessing risk buys to allow for proper decision making within the commercial organization.
• Increases customer satisfaction and focus upon improved quality and delivery performance.
• Increase responsiveness of organization on customer requirements.
• Develops and implements strategies to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of forecasting activities with overall business goals.

Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 + years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning, or project management within a manufacturing or professional business environment.

• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, S&OP Process, IBP Tool, Inventory Management, and Forecasting concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification is an advantage
