Sobre esta vaga de Demand Generation Manager na Brellium
About Brellium
Brellium's mission is a big one – to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We’ve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.
Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.
Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care - at scale.
Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we’ve grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. We’re a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures.
About the role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to be a key partner in driving Brellium's next phase of growth — expanding brand recognition as a trusted partner across the healthcare industry and generating top-of-funnel demand through thoughtful, creative campaigns.
With the opportunity to help build a marketing function from 0–1 and a large untapped TAM, this role offers the opportunity to own and scale Brellium’s digital demand generation engine, with responsibility for driving measurable engagement, lead generation, and marketing-sourced pipeline across paid, organic, web, and lifecycle channels.
What you’ll do at Brellium:
Demand Generation: Develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy across digital, email, content, paid media, social, and events, with clear ownership of marketing-sourced pipeline targets.
Website & Conversion: Own the website as a demand generation channel, continuously improving messaging, landing pages, conversion paths, SEO, and overall performance.
Organic Social: Manage Brellium’s social presence, with a focus on LinkedIn, ensuring consistent distribution of company, product, customer, and thought leadership content.
Agency / Contractor Management: Manage external SEO resources, setting priorities and holding partners accountable to measurable outcomes.
Outbound Growth: Own Instantly and scale other outbound programs, including campaign strategy, segmentation, messaging, testing, and optimization.
Lead Management: Improve lead capture, scoring, attribution, automation, nurturing, and routing to create a more efficient path from engagement to qualified pipeline.
Paid Acquisition: Own LinkedIn Ads and other paid digital channels, including campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
Performance & Analytics: Own reporting across the digital funnel, rigorously measuring channel performance, CAC, conversion, and pipeline contribution to inform investment decisions.
AI & Automation: Implement AI, agentic workflows, and emerging tools to automate marketing operations, accelerate execution, and improve efficiency.
Pipeline Ownership: Own the core digital and demand generation functions responsible for consistently creating and converting inbound demand.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally at a high-growth, venture-backed B2B startup.
0→1 Builder: Proven ability to build and scale demand generation programs from the ground up rather than simply inherit established channels and playbooks.
Pipeline-Oriented: Thinks in terms of qualified pipeline and revenue—not impressions, clicks, or MQLs—and understands how marketing activity translates into sales outcomes.
Analytical: Highly quantitative and comfortable using funnel data, attribution, CAC, conversion rates, and experimentation to make decisions and allocate spend.
Technical & Systems-Minded: Comfortable owning and connecting modern marketing tools, building automations, and improving lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and routing.
AI-Native: Actively uses AI and automation to increase output, move faster, and reduce repetitive work.
High Agency: Thrives with significant ownership, limited structure, and ambitious goals; identifies problems and opportunities without waiting for direction.
Experimentation Mindset: Moves quickly, runs structured tests, learns from results, and consistently looks for new ways to generate and convert demand.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling messaging and work effectively across sales, product, and leadership.
Hands-On Operator: Willing and able to execute directly—from launching campaigns and building landing pages to analyzing performance and troubleshooting funnel issues—not just manage agencies or strategy.
