Deliver curriculum based talks and workshops to educational visitors and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience throughout their visit to the attraction

How you will contribute

You will: 

• Act as the first point of contact for educational visitor enquiries and act as an ambassador for the business with a good level of knowledge in all areas of the attraction, taking opportunities to upsell products and services
• Respond to email / telephone enquiries and process bookings, offering a high level of customer service at all times
• Meet, great and provide educational talks and workshops to small/large groups of students of varying ages and their teachers, on a variety of specialized subjects
• Contribute to the creation of educational resources to support the programme of talks and workshops
• Provide visitors with accurate advice, guidance and information about the attraction, the history of chocolate and Cadbury
• Follow and implement all company policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on the education programme and educational interpretation within the attraction

• Excellent social interaction and communication skills and experience of working with members of the public, preferably in the education sector
• Able to adapt quickly to changing situations and have a flexible approach
• Thrive in giving excellent customer service to individuals and groups
• Confident with presenting/demonstrating/public speaking to large groups
• Enjoy working as part of a team as well as able to work on own without supervision
• Ability to identify and implement opportunities for product development, with an eye for detail
