As a Senior Associate in DAT tech solutions- SAP, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP. Within our Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. Your work will involve evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes, while educating clients on leading practice recommendations.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Your role will emphasize relationship building and managing others, while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients. You will embrace increased ambiguity, using these moments as opportunities to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with local and regional teams, supporting engagement managers in drafting client deliverables and managing project economics. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain internal and external relationships, contributing to the success of our firm by identifying business opportunities and supporting proposal development.

Responsibilities

- Assisting clients in business transformations by leveraging SAP digital solutions to enhance internal controls and governance
- Evaluating and managing risk and controls during system transformation projects for both audit and non-audit clients
- Conducting assessments of ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls, providing leading practice recommendations
- Leading client walkthroughs for business and IT processes to identify and address key risks
- Testing IT Applications and Automated controls around business processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
- Reviewing and testing key reports to confirm completeness and accuracy of Information Produced by Entity (IPE)
- Preparing reports and deliverables for clients and stakeholders, confirming clarity and relevance
- Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships to support business opportunities and proposal development
- Supporting Engagement Managers with scoping, planning activities, and drafting client deliverables
- Managing project economics and providing coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and developments in SAP and system transformation fields

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics , Regulatory Compliance, Science and/or other relevant degree or in lieu of degree a Chartered Accountant/CPA or Equivalent or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- At least 4-6 years of experience
- Demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, experience in SAP/Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing, data analysis, compliance, internal audit, or risk.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
