About the Role
The D&T Project Delivery Manager - CTO Infrastructure, Network & Cyber Security (DTIS) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and cyber security initiatives within Haleon's Digital & Technology (D&T) organization.
The role provides governance, planning, reporting, execution oversight and delivery leadership across CTO Infrastructure Services, Network Services, Cloud Platforms and Digital Technology Information Security (DTIS) portfolios. This includes initiatives such as:

The Project Manager ensures delivery predictability, operational stability, cyber risk reduction, compliance adherence and continuous improvement across enterprise technology and security services.
This role works closely with business stakeholders, Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, Cyber Security teams, Risk & Compliance functions, suppliers and managed service providers to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.
Role Purpose
To deliver Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Cyber Security projects safely and predictably, ensuring agreed business, operational and security outcomes are achieved through effective planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Accountabilities
The Project Delivery Manager is accountable for:
Successful end-to-end delivery of assigned CTO and DTIS projects.
Consistent application of D&T governance, delivery and security frameworks.
Effective management of scope, plans, risks, issues and dependencies.
Delivery of Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Security transformation programs.
Clear and timely reporting of project health, cyber risk posture and key decisions.
Strong stakeholder, supplier and partner management.
Operational stability and risk reduction through successful project execution.
Delivery of business, technology, compliance and security outcomes.
Support of enterprise resilience, availability and disaster recovery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Execution
Own delivery of Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Cyber Security projects from initiation through closure.
Lead delivery using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
Coordinate enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple technology towers.
Deliver projects involving:
Infrastructure Modernization
Network Transformation
Cloud Migration
IAM & PAM
Vulnerability Management
Data Protection
Security Operations
Disaster Recovery
Cyber Risk Remediation
Ensure alignment with architecture, security and operational standards.
2. Planning & Control
Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones and dependencies.
Coordinate project activities across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network and Cloud teams.
Manage change requests and project scope in a controlled manner.
Track remediation commitments and project deliverables.
Manage critical path activities and inter-project dependencies.
3. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Proactively identify, assess and manage project, operational and cyber security risks.
Coordinate remediation of findings arising from:
Internal Audits
External Audits
Risk Assessments
Penetration Testing
Security Compliance Reviews
Track mitigation plans through closure.
Maintain visibility of delivery risks, cyber exposure and operational impacts.
4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for business, D&T, Security and Infrastructure stakeholders.
Facilitate governance reviews, steering committees and leadership updates.
Provide clear communication on:
Delivery Progress
Risks & Issues
Cyber Security Posture
Financial Status
Key Decisions
Drive stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Financial & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial controls.
Work with Finance teams on planning and variance reporting.
Ensure effective allocation and utilization of project resources.
Manage infrastructure, cloud and cyber security project investments.
6. Supplier & Third-Party Management
Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
Oversee:
MSSPs
Cloud Service Providers
Telecommunications Providers
Infrastructure Partners
Security Technology Vendors
Monitor supplier performance and contractual obligations.
Escalate delivery or service issues through governance channels.
7. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to D&T governance and cyber security controls.
Support:
Internal Audits
External Audits
Compliance Assessments
Assurance Reviews
Stage Gate Reviews
Provide executive reporting on:
Project Health
Risk Exposure
Security Remediation
Infrastructure Transformation Progress
Cloud Adoption Metrics
8. Service Transition & Operational Readiness
Support transition to Operations and Service Management teams.
Ensure operational readiness activities are completed successfully.
Coordinate support model alignment and service handover.
Track benefits realization and cyber risk reduction outcomes.
9. Continuous Improvement
Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote delivery excellence, governance maturity and operational effectiveness.
Support the adoption of cyber security best practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, resilience and risk-based decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential
8-13 years of experience delivering projects within Technology, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Cyber Security or Information Security environments.
Strong experience managing complex enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Experience delivering projects across:

Cyber Security Programs
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
