Job Description
We are looking for a Consumer Experience (CX) Manager to join a key Emerging Markets Business Unit within Kraft Heinz International. In this role, you will serve as the primary CX partner to the regional R&D, Marketing and Commercial teams, ensuring product and pack decisions are grounded in deep consumer understanding and aligned with business priorities.
You will lead the regional Consumer Experience agenda across Product & Pack Superiority, Design to Value and Innovation programs, translating integrated consumer, sensory and category learning into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and portfolio competitiveness.
As part of the broader Consumer & Culinary Experience network, you will collaborate closely with global and central CX teams to deploy best practices, leverage global learning and ensure alignment of methodologies and ways of working across regions. In addition, you will lead the regional sensory capability through management of sensory resources and strategic partnerships, ensuring high-quality sensory learning and strong alignment with global standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product & Pack Superiority programs across the region, identifying performance gaps and recommending actions to improve consumer experience, product performance and business results.
- Drive Portfolio Healthiness and Design to Value initiatives by integrating consumer desirability into value engineering, reformulation, and recipe & pack design decisions.
- Translate consumer growth opportunities into product and pack innovation strategies through integrated consumer, sensory and category insights.
- Define and execute consumer and sensory learning plans, leveraging internal and external capabilities to support key business decisions.
- Lead regional sensory capability, managing sensory resources, external partnerships and deployment of sensory best practices aligned with global standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the regional CX roadmap aligned to Business Unit priorities.
- Deliver impactful Product & Pack Superiority programs that improve portfolio competitiveness.
- Support successful deployment of Cost Value initiatives while protecting consumer experience and brand equity.
- Build a pipeline of consumer-led product and pack innovation opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality and meaningful consumer and sensory insights that enables confident business decisions.
- Ensure strong regional sensory capabilities and alignment with global standards and partners.
- Strengthen Voice of Consumer activation and consumer-centric decision making across the Business Unit.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- University degree (Master's or PhD) in Consumer Science, Sensory Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing Research, Food Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Consumer Experience, Consumer Insights, Sensory Science or Innovation Research.
- Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of sensory science methodologies and product experience evaluation.
- Experience supporting innovation, superiority, renovation and portfolio improvement programs in corporate environment.
- English level advanced or fluent.
