Customs Process Administrator till färjekontoret, Strömstad
Till vårt kontor på Torskholmen i Strömstad söker vi dig som är social och gillar administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Du blir en del av vårt team som i huvudsak jobbar mot ett antal kunder med fasta godsflöden. Detta är ett front office där du dagligen möter chaufförer och säkerställer att de har rätt dokumentation för att de ska få en smidig gränspassering.
I rollen som Customs Process Administrator upprättar du tulldeklarationer för våra kunder vid import och export av varor. Då vi sätter kunden i centrum ställer vi höga krav på din servicekänsla och förmåga att lösa kundens problem.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter blir att:
• Administrera tulldeklarationer
• Tolka regelverk
• Klassificera varor
• Ha en god dialog med kunder, Tullverket och andra myndigheter
