In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

1. Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient support responses to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
2. Utilize CRM software to document, manage, and track customer interactions and resolutions with accuracy.
3. Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions that enhance satisfaction.
4. Contribute expert product knowledge to address queries and educate end-users effectively.
5. Collaborate with project stakeholders to document and share feedback, common challenges, and customer sentiment trends.
6. Generate and review support documentation, FAQs, and best practices to ensure high-quality knowledge transfer.
7. Provide detailed, scenario-based input to help inform and train AI systems in real-world customer support contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering customer support in a professional setting.
2. Proven expertise in managing complex customer cases with empathy and a solution-driven approach.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone and clarity.
4. Advanced proficiency in CRM software and digital support tools.
5. Comprehensive understanding of product knowledge transfer and user education.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
7. Experience working in remote or distributed project settings is a plus.
