About the Role
The Customer Success Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to customers and partners in the Autodesk business within the TD SYNNEX portfolio across the Western Balkan region (Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro) regarding the implementation, adoption and ongoing use of Autodesk products and services, including consulting and support. The role drives high adoption, license utilization and consumption of service hours, while improving customer health, satisfaction, retention and renewal readiness. Based on customer interactions and account data, the advisor identifies new sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities and transfers qualified opportunities to the Sales team. As a central point of contact between customers, partners and internal departments, the role acts proactively to prevent churn and enable long-term customer success.
What You'll Do
Create and maintain customer success plans for assigned accounts, driving adoption goals and renewal readiness
Engage regularly with customers and partners to monitor product adoption, license usage and customer health
Manage customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Deliver onboarding support, product training and best-practice guidance tailored to customer needs
Analyse customer and account data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas, taking proactive action where required
Identify upselling, cross-selling and expansion opportunities and transfer qualified leads to the Sales team
Maintain accurate records of customer activities, risks and opportunities within relevant systems and platforms
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Account Management
Strong customer engagement, advisory and communication skills
Ability to identify adoption and churn risks and proactively drive solutions
Understanding of the customer lifecycle, product adoption and renewal processes
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and data interpretation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
Technical understanding of Autodesk solutions, implementation concepts and customer workflows would be an advantage
Strong organisational skills with excellent follow-up and activity tracking
Experience within the IT industry would be an advantage
Fluent spoken and written knowledge of Serbian and English (minimum B1 level)
