In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer cases, requests, and business-critical activities. Acting as a key point of contact, you will work across multiple functions to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively, issues are resolved efficiently, and strong customer relationships are maintained.

This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coordination skills. The exact scope of responsibilities may evolve based on customer requirements, business priorities, and organizational needs.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Manage customer cases, requests, and inquiries for assigned strategic customers.

• Serve as a key customer contact and coordinate communication between customers and internal stakeholders.

• Drive resolution of complex customer situations through effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Monitor and manage open customer topics, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

• Support escalation management processes and facilitate issue resolution across the organization.

• Proactively identify risks impacting customer satisfaction and business continuity.

• Coordinate action plans and ensure alignment between internal teams and customer expectations.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and action items within company systems.

• Analyze customer issues, trends, and recurring challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support customer retention and customer experience initiatives.

• Participate in customer projects, process improvement activities, and service optimization initiatives.

• Share customer insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, technical Support, and other teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Contribute to the development of best practices related to customer case management and customer engagement.

YOU HAVE:

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English .

• Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build effective professional relationships.

• Experience in Customer-facing environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proven ability to coordinate activities across different functions and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues and business partners.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively in challenging or complex situations.

• Ability to adapt successfully in a dynamic and changing business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of  German or French would be considered a strong asset.

• Experience managing customer escalations and complex business issues.

• Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization.

• Experience using ERP, CRM, and customer management systems ( SAP, SalesForce).

• Understanding of order-to-cash, supply chain, logistics, or commercial processes.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
