Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on scalability and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient development environment is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcom Clarity PPM.
- Experience in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Skilled in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
- Competence in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions.

-Clarity Functional
-Provide day-to-day oversight of assigned Clarity user group
-Gather requirements for new requests and create a documentation to be reviewed by IS PMO Manager
-Provide oversight to all support tickets for assigned user group and hold review meetings if needed
-Provide oversight and management of work being performed by the Rego team on the behalf of the assigned user group
-Level 2/3 oversight
-Provide Best-practice guidance on the use of Clarity PPM
-Documentation, knowledge transfer and user QRG development
-Other services that may be requested by Client

-Business Analyst services:
-Capturing and documenting business requirements for Clarity enhancements
- Providing best-practice functional consulting support
- Documentation creation and updating
- Business analysis functions
- Creating requirements documents
-Other services that may be requested by Client

-Technical services:
-Enhancement requests (new or modified portlets, reports, workflows, blueprints, etc.)
-Assistance with upgrades
-Troubleshooting
-Other Clarity development/technical requests





Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Broadcom Clarity PPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
