- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices to ensure consistent delivery quality.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within complex environments.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and code quality.
- Familiarity with integration of custom software components into broader enterprise platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative setting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
