Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that all solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of development practices are integral to maintaining excellence and driving innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within integration flows.
- Familiarity with deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms.
- Competence in collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
