As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that utilize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and performance, contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative and reliable software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing cloud personalization and Data cloud developer With Einstein Studio experience
- Proficient in creating and coding sitemaps to track and capture customer interactions/events.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for personalizing content.
- Experienced in setting up and managing product catalogs for use in personalized web campaigns.
- Experience in creating custom attribute for the Users and in catalogs.
- Solid experience with Einstein recipes and decisioning for personalization use cases.
- Skilled in segmenting audiences using data-driven criteria, ensuring that personalization campaigns are delivered to the right customer groups based on behavior, preferences, and past interactions.
- Expertise in building and applying decisioning strategies to determine which content, offers, or experiences should be presented to customers based on real-time data.
- Proven ability to create personalized web campaigns and templates using the Marketing Cloud Personalization platform.
- Familiar with conducting A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of personalized web content and campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and conversion.
- Leverage Data Cloud to collect, analyze, and utilize customer data to inform and improve marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Data team to ensure accurate data integration, reporting, and analytics.
- Design and maintain data models to support the personalization efforts in Marketing Cloud.
- Manage data workflows to enhance customer targeting and insights.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and user experience.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with integration of custom software components within larger systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for scalable applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
