Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize software applications to meet business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
