As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Candidate should have a good understanding on how to develop single page applications on Java script (React, Node JS and NPM).
- Should be able to develop and debug features with a simple user experience and work alongside a backend developer to integrate end to end solutions.
- They should also possess a good understanding of UX design patterns.

- Express.js, Node.js
- PostgreSQL, Snowflake
- Docker, CI/CD workflow, Cloud based development, AWS SDK
- Bash, CMD, Git, APM
- JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab / Git, Office365, Google suites
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools and version control systems.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
