Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively support clients and project teams. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience working with integration of software components across different platforms.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of software applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Openlink Endur.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
