Summary:
Looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive user experiences for SAP Joule, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications. The role involves creating conversational experiences, Fiori and web-based interfaces, AI workflow journeys, and human-in-the-loop interactions while ensuring accessibility, usability, and adoption across enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end user experiences for AI agents, copilots, and SAP AI applications.
Create conversational interaction models, user journeys, and workflow experiences.
Develop SAP Fiori, UI5, and web-based interfaces supporting AI-enabled business processes.
Design human-in-the-loop workflows, approval processes, and user guidance mechanisms.
Improve AI explainability, transparency, and user trust through effective UX design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and production-ready UI components.
Ensure compliance with accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and drive continuous experience improvements.
Support change management and user adoption through intuitive interface design.
Maintain a consistent user experience across SAP BTP and AI products.
