We, CSCM(Customer Supply Chain Management), are deliver the highest service to customer on Service Material to enhance level of customer chip production. CSCM is covering inbound, outbound and reverse logistics from/to customer with highest quality and cost efficiency.
CSCM Site Lead is essential and critical path to meet ASML’s business and operation. Lead customer satisfaction by delivering overall supply chain activities(Order Mgmt. Deliver and Shipping, Reverse Logistics) and Planning action on service part and tool from Central to dedicated warehouse.
Role and responsibilities
1. SCM performance execution for Samsung service contract
Overall responsible for assigned site supply chain performance, to include:
• Service contract commitments/targets are met
• Maintain/improve cooperation between local, regional and central supply chain teams for optimal execution.
• Customer interface for dedicated customer sites and deliver customer VOC to related stakeholders to reduce the gap of the field operation
• Keep and improve quality of supply chain service from inbound, outbound and resolve structure issues by alignment with various stakeholders.
• Regular customer reporting for valuable SCM activities
2. Demand and Supply management
• Demand management as representative of CSCM in line with customer demands.
• Main contact to Field Material Availability team, to ensure the balanced demand & supply planning and material availability
• Monitor critical and customer focused materials and ensure effective site coverage.
• Support new products and sites.
3. Customer Intimacy for Customer Site
• Be the main point of contact for both internal and external customer, to include managing relationship, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis. Meet with and provide complex reports to the external customer Samsung while embedding continuous improvements.
• Customer interface for dedicated customer sites and deliver customer VOC to related stakeholders to reduce the gap of the field operation.
4. Cost Management
• Analysis and monitoring for cost-drivers and motivating to internal stakeholders to reduce SCM cost
• Support Cost reductions programs and initiate new reduction proposals
• Drive operational and cost excellence within CSCM matrix organization.
- Actively engage in leading cross functional sectors on agreed goals.
- Strongly own SCM costs to optimize operation costs.
- Carry on continuous improvement within operation and create structural solutions.
Education and experience
• 9~12 years of relevant field experience in a complex customer oriented (logistics) environment (minimum Bachelor degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain, preferable master degree)
• SCM experience is preferred
• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
• Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload(should be in personal skills)
• Experience in defining and implementing of new processes across the supply chain against agreed costs, proven record on (continuous) improvement-projects
• Familiar with ERP, SAP experience is preferred

• Excellent social and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Service minded and customer dedicated
• Strong data analysis and problem solving abilities
• Result oriented Team player with a convincing pro-active attitude, “can do” mentality, flexible and highly committed
• Advanced competencies in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ASML supply chain procedures is preferred
Other information
• Location: Hwaseong, Regular and Irregular visit to Pyeongtaek
