^{We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent team at PolyAI and help us through an influx of hiring across the business.}

^{This is a hands-on role for someone who can come in, hit the ground running and own searches from day one. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of roles spanning GTM — with a particular focus on Marketing — and Engineering, hiring across the US, UK and Canada.}

^{You’ll need to have:}

• ^{Strong in-house recruiting experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS / technology business}
• ^{Proven experience recruiting across both GTM and technical/Engineering roles — this is essential}
• ^{Strong Marketing recruiting experience, ideally across a range of disciplines and levels}
• ^{Experience hiring across multiple geographies, ideally including the US, UK and Canada}
• ^{Confidence running the full recruitment lifecycle: intake and calibration, sourcing, candidate management, stakeholder management, offers and closing}
• ^{The ability to work independently, move quickly and manage multiple searches at once}
• ^{Strong direct sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines without relying on agencies}
• ^{Excellent stakeholder management and the judgement to challenge or recalibrate a search when needed}

^{The setup}

^{This is a rolling month-to-month contract, initially supporting us through a period of increased hiring demand. We’re looking for someone who can operate as a genuinely embedded member of the Talent team rather than an external agency partner. Engagement will be on a flat monthly fee/salary — not a day rate, hourly rate or percentage/per-placement fee. Given the immediate need, we’re particularly interested in people who are available to start quickly.}
