What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Fluency in French (B2+) and a good level of English;
• At least 1 year of experience in invoicing, billing, or a related area;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Comfortable working with data and internal systems;
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Contracts, Prices, and Commercial Conditions

• Correct and timely setting of manual prices and commercial conditions based on contracts and KAM instructions;
• Verification of contracts, price accuracy, and commercial conditions;
• Performing internal control processes applicable to prices and commercial conditions based on contracts and KAM instructions;
• Keeping archives up to date for the contracts entrusted;
• Proposing solutions to improve processes;

Invoicing

• Collecting the necessary information in the Michelin Solutions IT system;
• Ensuring the billing process for customers, including compliance with their tax and accounting requirements;
• Collecting and analyzing the necessary data for the preparation of invoices for all revenue streams;
• Calculating and validating invoices within the expected deadlines (billing calendar);
• Managing vehicle inflows, exits, and transfers to ensure the correct updating of customer fleets;

Resolution of Anomalies

• Analyzing anomalies;
• Resolving anomalies and unlocking bordereaux;
• Proposing measures to improve practices;

Issuing Corrective Documents

• Analyzing errors generated by incorrect prices or commercial conditions, as well as commercial gestures offered to customers or requested by them;
• Proposing measures to correct these documents;
• Cancelling incorrect documents and issuing new ones;
• Compensating an amount by issuing a credit/debit memo when reversal is not the customer's preferred solution;
• Monitoring the reasons that generated the corrections in the related files and explaining them upon request;

Dealing with Value Complaints Received from Customers and Service Providers

• Analyzing complaints received;
• Proposing measures to improve practices;
• Resolving complaints;
• Providing accurate and complete responses;

Compliance with Financial Transaction Rules

• Ensuring traceability of financial transactions;
• Archiving all supporting materials in accordance with the regulations in force in the respective countries;
• Actively participating in audit processes related to prices, anomalies, product and service corrections, and complaints, as well as in self-assessments of internal control implementation and collaboration with auditors and representatives of the quality assurance process;
• Implementing action plans for internal control points identified as non-compliant;
