We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with 8–11 years of experience to lead and enhance the organization’s compensation, rewards, and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing competitive compensation structures, developing rewards strategies, analyzing workforce data, and ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
This role will partner closely with HR leadership, business leaders, finance, and people teams to build data-driven compensation practices that attract, retain, and motivate high-performing talent.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of Compensation & Benefits programs aligned with business objectives and talent strategies.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job levels, compensation frameworks, and incentive plans.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation remains competitive across relevant industries and talent markets.
- Drive annual compensation review, merit increase, bonus, incentive, and promotion processes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Rewards strategies covering monetary and non-monetary rewards, recognition, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions are consistent, equitable, and aligned with organizational performance.
- Conduct pay equity and internal parity analyses and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Use HR Analytics and workforce data to identify trends, measure compensation effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making.
- Build dashboards and reports covering compensation costs, salary positioning, attrition, rewards effectiveness, workforce trends, and benefits utilization.
- Analyze compensation data to support workforce planning, budgeting, talent retention, and organizational design initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness benefits, leave benefits, retirement programs, and other employee offerings.
- Evaluate benefits programs based on employee needs, utilization, cost-effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams on compensation budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations for senior-level compensation decisions.
- Manage compensation-related projects, HR technology implementations, and process improvements.

Experience & Qualifications
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Rewards, or HR Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with compensation frameworks in a mid-to-large organization is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail and commercial understanding.
