As a Communications Director you will operate with significant responsibility and influence—leading strategic communication projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and partnering closely with senior business leaders.
Location: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute the holistic corporate communication strategy both internally and externally.
Lead proactive crisis‑prevention efforts and ensure clear, steady communication when issues arise.
Bring external perspectives into the organization and partner closely with senior leaders to provide strategic communication guidance.
Lead teams in executing communication plans.
Contribute to the framing and execution of company-wide communication strategies.
Identify new ideas and techniques to improve external & internal communication.
Collaborate effectively across different, diverse teams and departments..

Job Qualifications
Proven experience in a corporate communications, crisis management or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
Fluent proficiency in both English and Polish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and make autonomous decisions within area of scope.
