Overall C&Q Lead — East Coast (Greenfield Pharma/Biotech Program)
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced C&Q Lead to provide program-level leadership for a major greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion on the East Coast. This is a high-visibility owner's-agent role overseeing commissioning and qualification strategy across multiple facilities and workstreams.
What You'll Do
- Establish CQV governance and execution strategy for a multi-facility program
- Lead program-level planning, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate CQV managers and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Support executive-level decision-making and issue resolution
- Act as owner's agent across vendor selection and deliverable management
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years leading CQV programs on large capital pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects
- Experience with Validation Master Plans, cross-discipline program management, and owner-side project delivery
- Comfortable operating across utilities, facilities, equipment, and automation validation
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Location: East Coast (site-specific details shared during interview process)
