Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in supporting residents with daily activities and contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions
- Provide compassionate companionship and support
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong time management and organizational skills
