BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Downtown Boston office.

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission while serving as a trusted partner to clients, families, referral sources, and employees.
What You'll Do
- Lead the coordination and delivery of client services to ensure exceptional care experiences and positive outcomes
- Manage a caseload while identifying opportunities for growth, service excellence, and client retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, healthcare professionals, and community partners
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to provide support, guidance, and leadership to field employees
- Serve as a trusted resource and problem-solver for clients and staff, navigating challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture through effective communication and relationship-building
- Address emergent scheduling and service needs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance metrics and caseload outcomes to support operational and financial success
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the office through outstanding service and community engagement
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a confident and compassionate leader who excels at building relationships, influencing others, and managing competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Home health, healthcare, medical office, human services, or related industry experience preferred
- Previous supervisory, management, team lead, or employee coaching experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and earning the trust of clients, employees, and community stakeholders
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate sensitive situations, resolve conflict, and foster collaboration
- Proven record of successfully assuming increasing responsibility and achieving performance goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience working within electronic medical record systems
- Desire to grow professionally within a mission-driven organization

- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
