This is a role for someone who enjoys variety. You will sit at the centre of client onboarding projects, shaping how leading financial institutions use our platform, then stay close to those clients as their trusted expert for the services you helped design. You will build deep product knowledge across our modules, work directly with external stakeholders, and feed real client insight straight into our product teams — so the ideas you surface can become features. As you grow, there is scope to mentor junior colleagues and broaden your skills across Waterfall, Agile and Scrum delivery.

This role is based in our Brno office on a hybrid basis, with the flexibility to split your week between the office and home.

Key Responsibilities

•      Capturing and analysing detailed client requirements through meetings, calls and email, and documenting them in an agreed format.

•      Translating those requirements into the right combination of FE fundinfo services, and advising clients on the most practical solution.

•      Handling service, module and product configuration tasks, such as document template creation and styling.

•      Working closely with Project Managers and Data Relationship Managers to keep every stage of delivery aligned.

•      Providing third-line support and ongoing configuration changes for existing client services.

•      Sharing client feedback and product development ideas with our product teams to help shape what we build next.

Experience and Skills

•      You will have solid experience as a Business Analyst, including capturing, analysing and documenting requirements.

•      You will bring a good technical knowledge or background, and enjoy getting into the detail of how a solution actually works.

•      You will be a confident communicator in writing and in person, comfortable working directly with external stakeholders.

•      You must be fluent in English to C1 level.

•      You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
