  • Act as an extension of the President’s office by managing information flow, synthesizing complex issues, filtering priorities, and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare senior leaders for critical internal and external engagements as well as business development opportunities; represent the President and serve as a delegate in select meetings when appropriate.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-geography initiatives, projects, and priorities from scoping through execution, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
  • Step into areas of ambiguity and ownership gaps to drive outcomes across teams and functions.
  • Produce high-impact deliverables, including strategic plans, briefings, analyses, business cases, leadership communications, management reports, and client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate resources, expertise, and relationships across teams, divisions, and markets to advance strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
  • Support client engagements by contributing to strategy, driving alignment, and ensuring high-quality execution and client service.
  • Anticipate risks, identify organizational friction points, and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Foster collaboration and integration across teams to strengthen relationships and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners to support long-term growth.
  • Support global business development and growth initiatives  by identifying opportunities, coordinating pursuit efforts, and building internal resource capabilities.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and workflow technologies to improve decision-making, accelerate analysis, enhance operational visibility, and scale impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, government, corporate communications, policy, political strategy, management consulting, or a related field, with a track record of supporting senior executives and driving high-impact initiatives.
  • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through implementation, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial markets, corporate strategy, and organizational operations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights; advanced PowerPoint and executive-quality presentation development required.
  • Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy in handling sensitive and confidential matters, while building trust and credibility across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Thrives in high-growth, high-pressure environments and is comfortable operating in situations with ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with a bias toward action and a willingness to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
  • Embraces technology and innovation, including leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and business impact.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to senior leadership, helping to drive priorities, align stakeholders, and ensure effective execution across the organization.
  • Based in New York City, with the ability to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.
