We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with senior leadership in driving business growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in strategy consulting, Chief of Staff functions, or business operations, combined with hands-on experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and consumer-facing businesses.

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives while ensuring seamless execution across multiple business functions. You will partner with teams spanning marketing, product, operations, supply chain, finance, technology, and customer experience to drive high-impact projects, improve organizational efficiency, and support key business decisions. This role requires exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and organizational priorities.
• Translate business objectives into actionable execution plans while tracking progress against key milestones and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, product, operations, finance, supply chain, technology, and customer experience teams.
• Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive execution of critical projects by coordinating stakeholders, resolving dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor key business metrics and establish governance mechanisms to improve accountability and execution excellence.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insights analysis to support business planning and expansion strategies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Support leadership in annual planning, budgeting, OKR tracking, and long-term business roadmap development.
• Facilitate communication across business units, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and organizational goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while acting as a catalyst for collaboration and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy roles.
• Strong experience working with D2C or consumer-facing businesses, with a deep understanding of customer-centric business models.
• Prior experience in a leading consulting firm or strategic advisory role with exposure to business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to convert insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive execution without direct authority.
• Expertise in business planning, financial analysis, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or analytics tools.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building scalable businesses.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
