Pay: $50–$55/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Implement individualized treatment plans as prescribed by physicians and OTs
- Complete daily documentation and weekly progress reports in compliance with state and payer guidelines
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with therapy and nursing teams
- Assist with caregiver and family education for safe discharge planning
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
- Support restorative nursing programs and train restorative aides
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Report equipment needs and safety concerns promptly
- Participate in ongoing training, in-services, and staff development
Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in good standing (required)
- Knowledge of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
- Familiarity with Casamba and PointClickCare preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
