Certified Medical Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator

Company Overview

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) are leading outpatient treatment providers in the Mid-Atlantic region, committed to treating individuals whose lives have been impacted by substance use and mental health disorders through compassionate, evidence-based care. Kolmac has been a leader in outpatient treatment since 1973; Kolmac Outpatient Recovery and CCG have merged to provide addiction and behavioral health treatment services for individuals, families, couples, and groups across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are core to our company, our patients, and our employees. Our leadership team invests in expanding access to care and offering flexibility to those we serve. Patient care is at the heart of everything we do — when you join our organization, you connect with a committed and caring group of colleagues.

The Certified Medical Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator plays a dual role at the front of the patient experience and within the clinical support team for Kolmac's Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and related levels of care. This role works closely with healthcare providers, patients, and families — serving as the first point of contact for scheduling, check-in, and administrative support, while also assisting with medical intake, medication support, and clinical monitoring under the direction of the clinical team. Flexibility and reliable transportation are essential, as this role may support multiple facilities.
