Why this role exists: To run a safe, reliable, patient-first clinic that delivers high-quality care and an outstanding experience by orchestrating people, processes, and technology across front office, clinical teams, and providers. The Center Administrator works onsite and reports to the Associate Operations Director.Operational Orchestrator: You will improve a smooth clinic rhythm, ensuring on time starts and fast resolution of flow bottlenecks.
Safety Guardian: You will maintain a "High Reliability Organization" culture, ensuring the clinic is audit-ready everyday.
People Developer: You will build stable, engaged teams through structured coaching, clear expectations, and visible skill growth paths.
Data-Driven Leader: You will use real-time data from reports to make informed decisions that improve clinical quality and financial stewardship.
What You Will Do:
Daily Flow Management: Leading morning huddles to align the team and managing real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
Quality & Safety Oversight: Conducting daily 5S walkthroughs (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and managing vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
People Leadership: Conduct weekly one-to-ones, managing staff schedules, and ensuring competency signoffs through reverse shadowing.
Administrative Excellence: Stabilize "inbox aging," managing purchasing and waste reduction, and ensuring accurate point-of-service (POS) collections.
Patient Experience: Managing the service recovery system to resolve patient concerns on the same day.

- Medicare structure, rules, reimbursement
- Regulatory compliance and patient privacy

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
