The CE & PMO Coordinator is responsible for support and administrative tasks to the department consisting of about 200 associates and will be a team member of the project office.

This position reports to the CE Uppsala PMO Manager George Glosemeyer and is part of the Custom Engineering Downstream Hardware team located in Uppsala and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Responsible for indirect purchasing
• Support leadership team with coordination, planning and communication
• Act as the central role figure for various questions from the teams
• Support administrative work in business systems to support project office
• Organize meetings and distribute meeting minutes

Who you are:

• Education that is equivalent to high school graduation
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience within relevant field
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Overnight and travel on rare occasions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Relevant experience in administration, planning, service roles, or similar positions, where you have demonstrated strong organizational and structured working skills, is beneficial.
