Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated Buyer to join our PCB Procurement team in Yavne. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Israeli suppliers supporting the production of the PCB division.

This role requires close collaboration with suppliers, engineering, planning, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure continuity of supply, delivery performance, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned Israeli suppliers.
• Own supplier relationships, including performance, delivery commitments, quality, responsiveness, and capacity planning.
• Lead RFQs, cost analysis, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor and expedite open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve supply chain issues, shortages, quality concerns, and production escalations.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and product transfers.
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews and performance meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
• Analyze supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain procurement data and transactions within SAP.
• Shortages management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience working with manufacturing suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems – advantage.
• Experience in big organizations, high-tech manufacturing environments – advantage.
