We are seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead operational excellence, process improvement, and transformation initiatives across client operations. This role will drive strategic projects, improve business performance, implement automation solutions, and support continuous improvement efforts that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation and operational excellence initiatives aligned with client and business goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Develop and implement process improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Design and support automation and process optimization solutions.
• Partner with delivery teams, business leaders, and clients to drive transformation initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
• Conduct operational assessments and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Promote innovation, best practices, and Design Thinking methodologies across teams.
• Coach and support stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, consulting, or operations management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience implementing automation or business process optimization initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar certification.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, Global Business Services, or Consulting environments.
• Experience with automation, digital transformation, or process reengineering projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
