Summary:
In the role of Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the implementation of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning workflows to optimize efficiency. The role also involves defining organizational components related to the function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of these initiatives. The practitioner actively contributes to continuous improvement efforts and supports the seamless integration of new processes within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of implementation activities.
- Support junior team members by offering mentorship and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong capability in supporting end-to-end implementation activities within business functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Skilled in identifying organizational needs and defining structural components to support business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
