Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails supporting transformational initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation phases to ensure successful adoption and integration of new operating models.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into effective technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to design and implement operating models that facilitate business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and drive consensus.
