The Travel Desk Executive plays a crucial role in facilitating business travel arrangements for employees. This role involves coordinating and arranging travel itineraries, booking accommodation and transportation, and ensuring compliance with company travel policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

You’ll also manage Guests /Global visitors flight booking Visa, and hotel during the stay and coordinating with client and taking care of all the client’s needs to keep the relations smooth. Likewise, you’ll manage admin role and service contracts as approved by clients.

Also, part of your mandate is to monitor the travel budget. As the person in charge, you’ll make sure that Company ban account and manage company credit card usage report which is supported for operations. You’ll also see to it that vendor invoice processes timely and comply with standards.

What this job involves:

• Good communication skills to be able to address a global audience.
• Good Excel and PPT skills.
• Good analytical and scheduling skills
• Basis knowledge of visa processing
• Maintain accurate visa and travel records with documentation
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client company travel policies and budgets.
• Experience 3 to 4 yrs are preferred.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Knowledge of Amadeus/ Sabre is an add advantage
• Diversity candidates would be given preference.

Strong knowledge of Travel Operations

Playing a key role in managing travel and visa operations roles the ideal candidate holds any degree should be capable in handling airlines and  hotel booking with at least 3 to 4 years’ experience in travel and visa operations department. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.

Solid background in team management
