THE CONTEXT

Its founder, Dany Sanz, believes that technique must first be conquered before leaving free rein to creativity. And that academic knowledge must be honed before pushing the limits of one’s art. Dany Sanz has remained true to this approach throughout her artistic career and has incorporated it into the development of her makeup brand. At MAKE UP FOR EVER, teaching plays an essential role: in addition to offering exceptional products to professionals and women from around the world, the House has the ambition to share its knowledge and passion with the general public through training courses and to bring progress to the world of makeup.

OBJECTIVE

To support MAKE UP FOR EVER OMNI business day to day operation and administrative.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for sales order (PO) process for OMNI channel in SAP on time, and monitor the arrival in store to upload Responsible for ordering tester, POSM (GWP & VM) allocation to stores / office as per requested
• Track & monitor schedule of importation arrival to WH and update stock bi-weekly
• Upload sales consignment door & reconcile weekly in SAP together with SPV; do adjustment if needed
• Maintain SAP stocks – price list, new launch / items registration in SAP
• Closing end of month accrual expense from all function – update to BGM & finance controller
• New vendor creation registration administration – upon approval from BGM & Finance controller
• Recap order counter tools / ad hoc needs and process the order with vendor – upon approval from Retail Manager & BGM
• Handle administration in office (when needed) for business trip all team

Requirements

WHAT YOU OFFER  

• SAP & Ms Excel proficiency
• 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Work experience in retail industry will be advantage
• Fast learner, good adaptation, good communication skill
• Used to work in high load, sharp in analysis
